Planning a Casino Night
Dealers
We have the best dealers in the business. Our team specializes in not only teaching guests to how play, but also assuring that everyone has a great time at your event. Most of our dealers are professionally-trained by the local casinos and have years of experience in the industry.
Dealers wear black pants, white button-up shirts, and bowties.
Set up & Tear down
Our team will arrive before your event and set up the tables to fit your specific space. We have fantastic relationships with the local hotels, entertainment venues, and conference centers.
We typically set up events several hours before the guests arrive. This service is free.
Tear down begins immediately at the end of the booking time, unless other arrangements have been made.
Chips & Money
We start off each player / guest with a set amount of chips that is determined ahead of time. We can simply give players chips as they sit at the tables or we can provide raffle tickets or slips of paper they can exchange at the tables. All of these services are included free of charge.
If you are playing for prizes, at the end of the night, our dealers will help determine the winner(s).
Prizes
For your event, your guests can play for fun or you can award prizes. The most popular prizes include gift cards, lottery tickets, bottles of booze (where age appropriate), and themed baskets. Additionally, for corporate events, popular items include work-related prizes such as a longer lunch, casual Friday, or a parking spot for a week. The most popular methods of handing out prizes are listed below. Our dealers are happy to assist with this process. All you need to provide is the prizes!
Raffle
At the end of the event, our dealers will hand out raffle tickets for the amount of chips player has left. Players can put these tickets in one central place for you to hold a raffle or in individual containers for each prize.
Auction
Our dealers will add up the total value of each player’s chips and you can hold an auction where you distribute the prizes to the player who bids the most on each item. This method is especially fun if you do a blind draw where players do no know what they are bidding on.
Top Chip Winners
Our staff will determine the top winners in terms of chips at the end of your event and provide you with a list.
